The “calling” of the Guildford Church of the Nazarene reflects our desire to follow Christ’s call to minister to the people of our community. The values that guide us in the life of our church are linked to the past.  We value compassion; dependence on Christ; relationship; integrity; balanced worship, programs, and lifestyle; life-stage ministries; visionary development; intentional spiritual growth; the development of leadership and the presence of God.  The holistic needs of people provide our reference point for ministry and the love of Jesus provides our motivation.  The goal of our ministry is to direct people’s hearts and minds to our heavenly Father and the holy lifestyle to which He calls us through worship, prayer, teaching, fellowship, stewardship, compassion, empowerment and encouragement.
